About Us
Voice of DC Productions creates media and live events that entertain and inspire. Since 2011, Founder Rick Bernstein, “The Voice of DC,” has hosted and produced live events, helped raise over $1 million for fundraising organizations, delivered voice-over narrations for local and global brands, and created various podcast shows. Rick is a trained voice actor, emcee, and licensed fundraising auctioneer whose twenty-plus-year career spans the fields of entertainment, technology, fundraising, and healthcare. These experiences, combined with a diverse skill set honed on stage, in the recording booth, and consulting alongside hundreds of organizations, have distinguished Rick as a unique entertainment and fundraising service provider.
LIVE EVENTS
We have hosted and produced live pageants for Mrs. America Organization, Miss USA and Miss Teen Organization, DC Swim Week, and dozens of fundraising galas.
PODCASTS
We host and product a network of podcast shows, including The Pod of DC, The Women in Technology Podcast, and The Vienna Cars & Coffee Podcast. We consult and advise a new generation of storytellers looking to create their own platform.
FUNDRAISING
We have raised over $1 million for a not-for-profit organizations from New York to Florida. We serve as master of ceremonies and licensed auctioneer to smoothly manage the planning, execution, and fundraising for your annual gala or community building event.
COMMUNITY
Supporting community is at the heart of everything we do. We have volunteered to help run public county school activities, served as Fundraising Chair for a local music education not-for-profit organization, and co-founded a Cars and Coffee event that runs donation drives and raises money to assist food insecure families.
